This is a rare Hollywood pressing of the vinyl record titled “My Fair Lady” by Shellly Manne and his friends. The performances were originally recorded in 1956, while this particular copy was produced somewhere between that date and 1963 according to information on the Discogs website. The vinyl disc is graded Excellent (EX) and the sleeve grading is Very Good Plus (VG+). Please review the detailed photos included in this listing. Additional information from Discogs below: – Front cover variation, with large text on the jacket front with “My Fair Lady” in bold text and does not have the white banner at the bottom with ‘HIGH FIDELITY’ and cat. #/logos. Secondary artists and catalog number on the front jacket bottom right corner.- Back of the jacket states “Shelly Manne and His Friends, Vol. 2″ with no mention of ‘My Fair Lady”, and has pink border separators. This is the second jacket.- “H” stamped in runouts denotes RCA Records Pressing Plant, Hollywood, pressing. This record plays beautifully and sounds great! There is some occasional light background noise in quieter portions and between songs, but it’s not noticeable during the more lively portions of the recording.
