Officially introduced in 1989, the Nikon F4 was Nikon’s fourth Professional grade SLR and made a notable advance in a number of different areas – most notably, its official foray into professional auto focus, its advanced matrix metering system and its onboard built in motor drive, capable of delivering up to 4 fps. When this model, the F4E, was released in 1991, it boosted that capability up to 5.7 fps. As grading is subjective at best, I photographed all sides for you to make your own grading. There are no dents. No fungus in the finder. Battery compartment is clean. No bleeding in the LCD. It’s loaded with an MN-20 Rechargeable battery which was tested and is working; not sure how long the charge holds. Operationally, the camera is working very well.
