After the repairs have been made, will power it up and test the LCD to make sure that it is funny functional and all numbers and pixels are visible. 4. We will mail it back on the next business with USPS Priority Mail 2-3 Day (unless you select Express 1-2 day shipping) and you will receive a tacking number. We pay for the return shipping. To Remove the Cluster (5-10 Minutes): Here is a link to a YouTube video on removing the cluster: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CU2OJxJbbEk How Long it Takes: Disregard eBay’s “Estimated Arrival Time” above. We are required to list a very long estimated arrival time to comply with eBay’s policy because we have no control over how long it will take for you, the buyer, to send the cluster to us. Once we receive your cluster, it will be repaired and process the same day, and will be shipped out with USPS Priority Mail 2-3 day the very next day (Monday-Friday). What We Need From You: 1. Your cluster instrument cluster. Send your instrument cluster with the lens (clear plastic part) REMOVED, as shown below in the picture. The lens is simply held on by 4 clips, unclip and remove the lens. The lens is VERY fragile and WILL break during shipping if you send it with the cluster. ***If you would like to save money on shipping, you can send just the circuit board with the display. 2. It needs to be VERY well packaged! It will be returned to you in the exact same packaging as it arrived. 3. Shipping Information will be provided through eBay Messenger after purchase.
