One serving = 2 Chicken Slider Biscuits. Each bag contains 3 Chicken Sliders in biscuits. These are white meat chicken patties in Buttermilk biscuits. How to eat this productThere are several ways to prepare Freeze Dried Chicken Sliders — they are fully cooked so you can eat them right out of the bag but they are best when rehydrated. Just separate the Chicken from the biscuits. Put the Chicken patty in a shallow bowl with a small amount of water for just a few seconds, let them sit on a paper towel, then microwave or fry them in a pan on the stove or over a campfire to heat. For the biscuits, dip them in water for a few seconds then wrap in a damp paper towel and place in a ziplock bag to let them rehydrate. Another rehydration tip is to use a squirt bottle and spray them with water, then wrap in damp paper towel and place in ziplock bag. The sliders could also be placed in a steamer right out of the bag and the steam will rehydrate them. No matter how you fix them, please enjoy!!! About Freeze DryingFreeze drying is a low temperature dehydrating process which involves freezing the product, lowering pressure, then removing the ice by sublimation.
