This is a genuine US military surplus 30 cal / 7.62 mm ammunition can, M19A1. Made in U.S.A. Made to strict military specs and tested by U.S. troops. These ammo cans feature a carry handle on the top as well as a carry handle on the end face. The hinged lid has a tension clamp latch and a rubber gasket that creates a watertight seal when the can is closed. These cans are originally designed to store ammunition but can be used for a variety of purposes due to their ability to keep out moisture, dirt, sand, and dust.
