The most coveted Swiss Tropic vintage dive watch band of all. Small holes, 20mm straight ends. ACIER stamped Tropic buckle. We have been the only seller to consistently stock this size and style Tropic strap here for the past 20 years. We’ve sold 100s of these rare straps to watch collectors through our various Ebay auctions already, including 15 sold here. Rare opportunity to score one of these dive bands in 20mm, a Genuine 1960s vintage Tropic Swiss signed dive strap in New Old Stock, which was the original strap many vintage watches came with originally during the 1960s/70s. Great chance to restore your watch to an original, period-correct soft rubber strap that is incredibly comfortable and durable. Completely washable, waterproof strap that will give you many years of service. We have shown all of the Bestfit Tropic packaging for example only, this strap does not come with packaging. Almost all Tropic bands were sold like this in bulk, unpackaged. A super rare size and style Tropic Swiss band to find. Genuine original Swiss Tropic, don’t fall for one of the cheap repros. This is a vintage NOS authentic old Tropic dive strap made in Switzerland. These are long out of production and nearly impossible to find in 20mm in the fully perforated style like this. Signed on back Tropic 20mm Swiss Made Mod. Dep. with the reference number 22522. Uniquely shaped buckle with ACIER marked on the back. This 20mm straight Tropic is sized to fit many wrists. Length measures a generous 8 inches long, with the pieces placed end to end, not counting the buckle. Metric measurements of the two pieces are 120mm/85mm. The sizing holes for the tang run all the way down the middle, making the band easier to size. At the longest with the strap pieces together and the tang in the last hole, the strap is 7 1/2 inches long and you can size it all the way down to just 5 inches. Band is 5mm thick where it meets the watch and 2.6mm thick at the tail end. Single sliding keeper. This 20mm Tropic band comes with the most desirable style premium ACIER Tropic buckle. Strap buckle end is 16mm if you want to substitute a name brand vintage signed watch buckle of your own. This band is in unused condition, very supple and well stored. NO WATCH IS FOR SALE HERE. The ideal original Swiss dive strap for your 20mm lug dive watch or perfect for a vintage chronograph watch. The Swiss ones are thicker and more pliable than the unsigned tropic type.
