This process, if approved by the manufacturer, can take between 4-6 weeks to complete. Refurbished, used or open box products are ineligible to have warranties reset. If the manufacturer will not reset the warranty, then 90 days or balance of remaining warranty applies. Please note: Items exported out of Australia have no guarantee of manufacturer support or service, it is up to the buyer to deal with the manufacturer in these cases. If the manufacturer will not assist, then our 90 day warranty applies for any defects or issues.
